LCD背光用LED驱动IC系列


如果使用ROHM的LCD背光用LED驱动IC系列，就可以清楚地看到以前不显眼的液晶显示。ROHM有能够适应从小型到大型的各种液晶显示屏尺寸的、品种齐全的系列产品，使形式多样的液晶显示提高档次。由于内置有亮度调整电路、高性能恒定电流驱动器、过压/过流保护电路、输出短路保护电路等，所以只用1片芯片就可以简单地实现整个系统的功能。
