Tohoku Pacific Coast Earthquake (Report No.14)

This is a report on the status of restoration work as of 12:00AM, April 08.

1. Status of restoration work at ROHM

The following is the status at ROHM Group production locations.

Address	1 Okinohira, Ohira Village, Kurokawa County, Miyagi 981-3603

Restoration of operations	On the evening of April 7, a power outage caused by an aftershock occurred. There was no other damage from the aftershock. The schedule for recommencement of operations will be announced as soon as it has been determined.

Address	10 Kitahara, Tsukuba City, Ibaraki 300-3293
Products	Transistors, diodes
Restoration of operations	Operations recommenced (March 31, 2011). No effects of aftershock of April 7 have been felt, and operations continue as usual.

2. Effects of Scheduled Power Outages in East Japan

The following ROHM Group locations are subject to scheduled electric power outages in the East Japan region as of today.

   ROHM Yokohama Technology Center (Kohoku-ku, Yokohama)
  
• Sales
   Yokohama Business Center (Kohoku-ku, Yokohama)
   West Tokyo Business Center (Hachioji City, Tokyo)
   Takasaki Sales Branch (Takasaki City, Gunma)

Service problems in the transportation network have hampered the commuting schedules of some employees, however, operations are continuing at all locations as much as possible with necessary adjustments.

Not affected by scheduled power outages of the Tohoku Electric Power Company.
