BD00FC0WEFJ是可提供最大1A电流的低饱和型稳压器。BDxxFC0WEFJ系列有可通过外部电阻设定输出电压的可变型和固定型产品。封装组件采用HTSOP-J8。本系列内置防止因输出短路等发生IC破坏的过电流保护、以及防止因过负荷状态等使IC发生热破坏的过热保护电路。
