低Duty LCD段码驱动器

BU97981MUV是1/4、1/3占空比的Static通用LCD驱动器，最多可显示168段的LCD。
内置显示用RAM，可减轻微控制器负荷，还无需外置部件，实现了低功耗。最多控制27个通用输出，可实现LED元件等的点亮，此外还内置3ch具有PWM功能的LED驱动器，还能实现背光、按钮LED等的照明。采用小型QFN封装，适用于小型电路板应用。
