ROHM的标准LDO稳压器系列能够适应正在追求小型化、节能化的各种机器及结构形式越来越多种多样的电源装置。标准LDO稳压器系列是可提供2A/1A/0.3A输出电流的低饱和型稳压器。系列中包括有多种输出电压、不同封装形式及有无停机SW等许多个型号的产品。本IC内置有防止输出短路等原因损毁IC的过流保护电路、防止过负荷状态等产生的热破坏IC的过热保护电路,以及使IC免受电源线上发生的电涌等冲击的过压保护电路。
