Dual Output Fixed Output LDO Regulators_BA33D15HFP

ROHM的二次LDO稳压器系列能够使正在追求小型化、节能化的各种装置最大限度地发挥其性能,构成低噪声而又稳定工作的电源电路。2路输出的局部电源用固定输出二次LDO稳压器系列,是2路输出的电压精度都达到±2%的输出电压固定低饱和型系列稳压器。由于用1个IC就能提供2路输出,这就能为削减整机的元器件数量和安装面积创造条件。本系列产品内置有防止输出短路等原因损毁IC的过流保护电路、防止过负荷状态等产生的热破坏IC的温度保护电路。
