ROHM的二次LDO稳压器系列能够使正在追求小型化、节能化的各种装置最大限度地发挥其性能,构成低噪声而又稳定工作的电源电路。用于局部电源带停机开关的1A固定输出二次LDO稳压器系列,是输出电压精度为±2%、最大可提供1A输出电流的低饱和型稳压器。它内置有停机时使电路电流为0μA的ON/OFF开关。利用多种输出电压、表面贴装(TO252)和插入式(TO220FP/CP)两种封装形式、输出电压是否可调(ADJ)及1.5V~12V的输出电压相互组合,形成了类型丰富的产品阵容。 可广泛适用于TV、HDD、PC、DVD等等。本系列产品内置有防止输出短路等原因损毁IC的过流保护电路、防止过负荷状态等产生的热破坏IC的温度保护电路。
