500mA Variable Output LDO Regulators_BD00HA5WEFJ

BD00HA5WEFJ系列是可提供0.5A输出电流的稳压器。输出精度为±1%。通过使用外置电阻可任意设定1.5 to 7.0V的输出电压。可应用于数字家电等领域中。BD00HA5WEFJ系列内置了防止输出短路引起IC破坏的过电流保护电路、掉电时把电路电流置0μA的ON/OFF开关、防止过负载引起IC热破坏的温度保护电路。另外支持陶瓷电容,有利于设备实现小型化、长寿命化。
