500mA LDO稳压器+看门狗计时器复位_BD3020HFP

BD3020HFP是50V高耐压车载微控制器对应的低待机电流稳压器+看门狗计时器复位IC。输出电流500mA,但待机电流仅80µA(Typ)。输出相位补偿电容器可使用陶瓷电容器。BD3020HFP可通过在Vs引脚上连接电阻来改变复位检测电压。
