BD39012EFV-C是内置1chDC/DC转换器、1ch LDO、复位电路、看门狗计时器的系统电源。可通过蓄电池直接向模块提供电源。LDO内置复位电路，可常时监视是否向模块稳定提供电源。为检测微控制器的异常，配备了视窗式看门狗计时器功能。BD39012EFV-C采用HTSSOP-B24封装，可实现更好的散热性和紧凑的PCB设计。
