3.5-11V 0.8A 1ch Boost converter_BD8311NUV

2.5A/1.2MHz升压开关稳压器BD8311NUV可以从4个电池、2个锂电池等,或者从5V固定电源升压获得8V、10V等输出电压。此IC的工作频率高达1.2MHz,从而可以使用小型化的外接线圈/电容器;它还内置有额定电流为2.5A的80mΩ Nch FET SW,内置有灵活性高的相位补偿系统,利用它很容易构成输出电流范围宽的小型电源。
