大型LCD面板用白色LED驱动器

BD9397EFV是大型LCD面板用高效率白色LED驱动器。此IC的6个通道内置了大电流驱动、高速脉冲响应型恒流LED驱动器,1个通道内置了升压型DCDC。BD9397EFV针对异常状态配备了过电压保护(OVP) 、LED OPEN・SHORT保护、DCDC的过电流保护(OCP)等各种保护功能。因此，BD9397EFV可在大范围输出电压下进行自动防故障设计。
