BD9703T是PWM方式的开关稳压器。为了提高轻负载时的效率,内置了Pch开关FET。此外,通过使用Bi-CMOS工艺,有助于实现电路电流4mA(Typ)、待机时电路电流0µA(Typ)及降低整机的消耗电流。
