5V output Low Iq DC/DC Converters_BD99011EFV-M

BD99011EFV-M是内置5V输出的POWER MOSFET的低待机电流降压DC/DC转换器。除了在重负载时保持调整的输出电压并实现高效率外,通过SLLM™(Simple Light Load Mode),在轻负载时也可实现低消耗电流和高效率。本IC符合车载规格,可对应42V的绝对最大额定值。为了保持冷启动时的输出,最小工作电压为3.6V。此外,通过电流模式控制,可实现快速瞬态响应和轻松的相位补偿。
BD99011EFV-M可通过HTSSOP-B24封装和几个外接元件,实现紧凑的PCB设计。
