1ch 150mA CMOS LDO Regulators_BH18PB1WHFV

ROHM的用于便携式设备的LDO稳压器利用本公司的CMOS工艺实现了低功耗和高精度。自动省电的CMOS LDO稳压器系列是能够根据输出电流的变化使稳压器的特性自动切换到最佳状态的系列稳压器。在整机处于待机状态时,使稳压器本身的消耗电流降低到约2μA,以减少消耗功率。有正常电流流通时,即自动切换到高速工作模式。而且,利用软启动功能还可以在电压上升时减小对输出电容的冲击电流。封装采用散热性能优良的HVSOF5型封装,有利于整机的节省空间设计。
