1ch 150mA CMOS LDO Regulators_BH25RB1WGUT

ROHM的用于便携式设备的LDO稳压器利用本公司的CMOS工艺实现了低功耗和高精度。适合超高密度贴片的芯片尺寸封装CMOS LDO稳压器系列是在±1%高精度、高稳定输出电压下实现了150mA输出电流的CMOS稳压器。利用独创的技术,使负载调节达到2mV那么小而输入输出电压差只有100mV;封装采用超小型新式封装VCSP60N1(1.0 mm×1.04mm),而且足够完备的保护电路有利于提高整机的安全性。
