BM6102FV-C是BM60013FV-C的后续机型。对于考虑过采用BM60013FV-C的客户，今后请考虑采用BM6102FV-C。
内置绝缘电压2500Vrms、输入输出延迟时间200ns、最小输入脉冲宽度100ns的绝缘元件的栅极驱动器。内置米勒钳位功能、故障信号输出功能、低电压时误动作防止功能（UVLO）、过热保护功能、短路保护功能（SCP、DESAT）。
