BU**TD2WNVX/BU**TD3WG系列是采用超小型封装SSON004X1010(1.0mm×1.0mm×0.6mm) & SSOP5(2.9mm×2.8mm×1.15mm)的200mA输出高性能FULL CMOS稳压器。电路电流只有35μA,功耗低,同时又有优良的噪声特性和负载响应特性,最适合用于逻辑IC的电源、用于RF的电源、用于照相机模块的电源等各种用途。
