1.8V to 5.5V, 300mA 1ch_BU33DV7NUX

BU3.3DV7NUX为以2节碱性、镍镉、镍氢电池或1节锂离子、聚合物电池为电源的产品提供最佳的升压电源。
即使2节干电池的电压降至1.8V时,仍可输出300mA。
通过模式引脚的设定,可自动将DC/DC控制选择为PWM模式或PFM/PWM自动切换模式。
PFM/PWM自动切换模式通过在重负载时设为PWM、轻负载时设为PFM,可实现全负载领域的高效率。 升压开关的最大峰值电流受限为1.85A(typ)。
BU33DV7NUX的输出电压通过内部电阻高精度地固定输出3.3V。 VIN电压超过输出电压3.3V时,VIN和VOUT将导通。
