车载用低Duty LCD段码驱动器_BU91600FUV-M

BU91600FV-M是1/4、1/3、1/2占空比、Static车载用通用LCD驱动器,最多可显示148段LCD。本产品支持高液晶电压驱动及高帧频率驱动,也可驱动高显示精度的VA液晶。还支持+105℃动作,符合车载应用要求的AEC-Q100 Grade2标准。最多可控制16个通用输出和6个PWM输出,通过丰富的频率设定功能,无需频闪即可实现LED背光和LED按钮的照明。还内置最多20键的键盘扫描功能,可实现PCB上的配线削减和MCU的尺寸缩减和成本削减。内置有EVR功能,可进行LCD对比度的调节,还支持TTL电平输入,因此能直接连接各种电源电压的MCU。
