BU91795MUF-M是1/4占空比车载用通用LCD驱动器，最多可显示48段LCD。
本产品支持高液晶电压驱动及高帧频率驱动，也可驱动高显示精度的VA液晶。
还支持+105℃工作，符合车载应用要求的AEC-Q100 Grade2标准。
内置显示用RAM，可减轻微控制器负荷，还无需外置部件，实现了低功耗。
Wettable Flanks QFN封装适用于小型电路板应用及焊接贴装状态的检查。
