NXP i.MX 8M Nano Family用电源管理IC_BD71850MWV (新产品)

BD71850MWV是运用罗姆此前积累的处理器用电源技术,集成了i.MX 8M Nano Family处理器所需的电源和功能的PMIC。内置适用于i.MX 8M Nano Family的电源ON/OFF时序器,不仅可以实现小型化,还容易进行应用设计,有助于大幅削减开发周期。

集成了控制逻辑、降压DC/DC转换器(Buck Converter)6ch、LDO6ch,只需1枚芯片,即可向处理器,以及应用所需的DDR存储器供电。而且内置SDXC卡用1.8V/3.3V开关、32.768kHz晶体振荡器的缓存、各种保护功能(各电源系统的输出短路、输出过电压、输出过电流和热关断)。配备高功率转换效率为95%的降压DC/DC转换器,可在1节Li-Ion电池到USB的大输入电压范围(2.7V~5.5V)内工作,是适合i.MX 8M Nano Famil适用领域的PMIC。
