低Duty LCD段码驱动器

BU97530KVT是1/5、1/4、1/3占空比的Static通用LCD驱动器,最多可显示445段的LCD,适用于消费电子和电池驱动设备的LCD显示。
最多可控制9个通用/PWM输出,通过丰富的频率设定功能,无需频闪即可实现LED背光和LED按钮的照明。还内置最多30键的键盘扫描功能,可实现PCB上的配线削减和MCU的尺寸缩减和成本削减。内置有EVR功能,可进行LCD对比度的调节,还支持TTL电平输入,因此能直接连接各种电源电压的MCU。
