标准型 ML62Q1500组 ROM容量：32KB to 256KB

ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800系列是内置16位CPU nX-U16/100、并集成了程序存储器（FLASH存储器）、数据存储器（RAM）、DATA FLASH、乘除法运算器、CRC运算器、DMA控制器、时钟发生电路、定时器、通用端口、简易RTC、UART、同步串行端口、I2C总线（主/从）、蜂鸣器、电压电平检测功能（VLS）、逐次比较型A/D转换器、D/A转换器、模拟比较器、安全功能等丰富外围功能的高性能CMOS 16位微控制器。
16位CPU nX-U16/100可通过流水线架构的并行处理实现一个时钟周期一个指令的高效指令执行。
ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800系列具有片上调试功能，可在开发板上进行软件调试及软件改写。另外还具有ISP（In-System Programming）功能，可轻松实现在量产生产线上的FLASH写入功能。
