将MOSFET用作输出晶体管，与栅极驱动器芯片同时收纳到小型表面贴装型全模具封装中的三相无刷风扇电机驱动器。内置过电流、过热、低电压等保护功能及阴极负载二极管，通过与控制器BD6201x系列组合使用，可适用于各种应用中，实现电机电路板的小型化。
