ROHM的IPD(智能功率元器件)系列是在一枚芯片中内置了低导通电阻MOSFET和各种保护电路的车载级通用开关。为过热、过电流、过电压以及负载短路提供更高水平的保护。可用于设置在发动机仓内、车室内的阻性负载、电容负载、感性负载,还可用于工业设备用途。
