BD4269FJ-C是45V高耐压稳压器，内置有监视IC输出电压降低的复位电路和监视IC输入电源电压或其他电源电压的复位电路。输出电流能力200mA，但待机电流很低，适合用来降低系统的消耗电流。
输出低电压复位、电源电压检测复位可通过外接电阻调整检测电压。复位信号的复位延迟时间可通过外接电容器进行调整。
