BA1117FP是1A输出的可变型LDO稳压器。(基准电压: VREF= 1.25V) 封装是TO252-3。有助于省空间、适合热特性的封装。为了IC的稳定，输出需要普通22uF的陶瓷电容器、或钽电容器。通过芯片微调，可实现25℃、±1%的高精度基准电压。
