BD8317GWL是搭载了升压、反转2个信道的二极管整流型电流模式控制的开关稳压器。内置SW用FET和带软启动功能的升压负载SW,可减少外接部件。此外,各信道还可独立控制,因此可轻松构建非动作信道的低功耗序列。
