ROHM的低电压延迟时间自由设定CMOS复位IC系列采用CMOS工艺制成，是内置有延迟电路的高精度、低消耗电流CMOS RESET IC系列。它可以利用外接电容器来设定延迟时间。为使用户能够选择到适合用途的产品，输出形式有Nch漏极开路和CMOS输出2类；检测电压在0.9V to 4.8V范围内以 0.1V为级差备有多个型号产品形成产品线。各个型号产品都是无铅产品，符合RoHS指令。
