BU45K262G
延迟时间固定型 电压检测器

罗姆的BU45xxxxx、BU46xxxxx系列，是采用了CMOS工艺的高精度、低消耗电流的RESET IC系列。通过内置计数器定时器延迟电路，无需外接延迟时间设定用电容器。为保证客户可根据应用进行选择，备有Nch漏极开路输出BU45xxxxx和CMOS输出BU46xxxxx两个系列的产品。检测电压可在2.3V～4.8V之间按0.1V阶跃选择，固定延迟时间可按200ms、400ms进行选择。
