本产品是将250V耐压MOSFET用作输出晶体管，与150°/120°控制器芯片、栅极驱动器芯片同时收纳到小型表面贴装型全模件封装中的三相无刷风扇电机驱动器。内置过电流、过热、低电压等保护功能及阴极负载二极管，可实现电机电路板的小型化。
