这是使用PrestoMOS™作为输出晶体管、并将其与180°正弦波控制器芯片、栅极驱动器芯片共同集成于1枚小型表面贴装型全模塑封装（full mold package）中的三相无刷风扇电机驱动器。产品还内置了过电流、过热和欠压等保护功能以及自举二极管，可实现电机控制电路板的小型化。
