BD3775AF是电源电压监视用IC，可在电源电压发生瞬时中断、瞬时降低时产生复位信号，在电源恢复正常时发生上电复位。检测电压除了用于5V电源之外，还有可进行任意电源检测设定的输入，可轻松实现2个系统的电源电压监视。此外，还内置了1个可用于过电压保护及高精度基准电压输出等的比较器，可支持复杂的应用。
