ROHM的BD45***G、BD46***G系列是采用CMOS工艺制成的高精度、低消耗电流RESET IC系列。它由于内置有计数器定时延迟电路，所以无需为设定延迟时间外接电容器。为使用户能够选择到适合用途的产品，输出形式有Nch漏极开路和CMOS输出2类；检测电压在2.3V to 4.8V范围内以 0.1V为级差分为26个步级，再加上固定延迟时间不同，共组合出156个型号产品。各个型号产品都是无铅产品，符合RoHS指令。
