延迟时间固定型 电压检测器

罗姆的BD45Exxxx-M、BD46Exxxx-M系列,是采用了CMOS工艺的高精度、低消耗电流的RESET IC系列。通过内置计数器定时器延迟电路,无需外接延迟时间设定用电容器。
为保证客户可根据应用进行选择,备有Nch漏极开路输出BD45Exxxx-M和CMOS输出BD46Exxxx-M两个系列的产品。备有检测电压范围在2.3V~4.8V之间,可按0.1V阶跃进行选择的26种产品,按固定延迟时间不同共有156种类型。
