ROHM的CMOS监控用电压检测器（复位）IC BD70H12G-2C是一款采用CMOS工艺、且实现了高精度和超低消耗电流的IC产品。有Nch开漏输出的（BD70Hxx-2C）系列和CMOS输出的（BD73Hxx-2C）系列可选，可根据应用需求选用。由于没有迟滞幅度，因此解除电压值被设置为与检测电压值相同。
