ML86640 is a small-footprint digital video encoder compatible with the NTSC/PAL format.
The encoder converts digital image input such as ITU-R BT.656, ITU-R BT.601, etc. to analog image signal.
It has built-in P/I conversion function that can generate interlace video output from progressive digital input.
