BU91R63CH-M3BW是1/4、1/3、1/2占空比、支持Static的COG型车载用通用LCD驱动器，最多可显示176段LCD。本产品支持高液晶电压驱动及高帧频率驱动，也可驱动高显示精度的VA液晶。还支持+105℃动作，符合车载应用要求的AEC-Q 100标准。内置显示用RAM，可减轻微控制器负荷，还无需外置部件，实现了低功耗。具备显示用RAM及寄存器的读取功能，可检测因噪声等导致的误动作。使用ITO电阻测量引脚，更方便进行COG贴装不良的管理。内置有EVR功能，可进行LCD对比度的调节。
