ML62Q1300 Group是一款高性能CMOS 16位微控制器，搭载16位CPU nX-U16/100，集成程序存储器（闪存）、数据存储器（RAM）、数据闪存以及乘法器/除法器、CRC操作符、DMA控制器、时钟发生器、计时器、UART、同步串行端口、I2C总线接口单元、蜂鸣器、电压电平监控器（VLS）、逐次逼近型A/D转换器、D/A转换器、模拟比较器、安全功能等丰富的周边功能。
CPU nX-U16/100通过流水线架构并行处理，能够在1指令1时钟模式下高效执行指令。
内置的片上调试功能支持软件的调试和编程。此外，ISP（在系统编程）功能支持生产线中的闪存编程。
ML62Q1300 Group有五种封装（16引脚 - 32引脚）和五种存储器容量（16Kbyte - 64Kbyte）。
