BD63035EFV-M是额定电源电压36V、额定输出电流1.5A(峰值2A)的正弦波驱动三相无刷电机驱动器。通过霍尔式传感器信号生成驱动信号,通过输入的控制信号可实现PWM驱动。还可通过电源电压控制速度。内置了各种控制、保护电路,可适用于各种应用中。通过采用小型封装,可搭载至小型电机。
