BD60203EFV是能驱动2个DC有刷电机的含2个电路的H桥电机驱动器。通过恒流PWM控制可实现高效率驱动。内置各种保护电路。还内置锁定检测用电路，可输出通知电机锁定状态的支持Wired-Or的异常检测信号，有利于实现组件的高可靠性。
