准谐振控制器型DC/DC转换器ICBM1Q00XFJ为所有存在插口的产品提供优良的系统。为准谐振动作，实现了软开关，有助于实现低EMI。外接开关MOSFET及电流检测电阻，可实现自由度高的电源设计。本IC内置启动电路，有助于实现低待机功耗和高速启动。轻负载时内置脉冲串功能且IC消耗电流低，因此待机功耗会变小。本IC内置软启动功能、脉冲串功能、逐周期过电流限制、过电压保护、过负荷保护、CS开路时保护等各种保护功能，安全性优异。
