BD18336NUF-M是面向车载LED灯的40V高耐压恒电流驱动器IC。由于使用的是小型封装，适合用作插座型LED灯的驱动用IC。BD18336NUF-M内置温度降额功能、LED开路检测、输出接地故障保护、SET引脚接地故障保护、过电压保护功能、欠压时分流功能、异常状态FLAG输出功能、输出电流OFF控制输入功能，可实现高可靠性。
