BD83740HFP-M是50V高耐压LED源极驱动器。恒电流输出可进行PWM调光，适合车载用LED驱动。内置LED开路检测功能、过电压保护功能，可实现高可靠性。通过使用已获得专利的PBUS功能，在使用多个本LSI驱动多列LED时，即使当某列LED发生了开路，也可以对全部LED进行统一的OFF控制。
