BD00FDAWHFP是一款可提供最大2A电流的低饱和型稳压器。输出电压分为固定型和可通过外部电阻设置的可调型两种。本系列产品还内置过电流保护电路，可防止输出短路等导致的IC损坏；内置过热保护电路，可防止IC因过负载状态等导致的热损坏。
