高耐压LDO稳压器

BD357xYFP BD357xYHFP Series是面向车载设备的50V高耐压稳压器。输出电流500mA但消耗电流仅30µA(Typ),适合用来降低蓄电池直连系统的消耗电流。输出相位补偿电容器可使用陶瓷电容器,输出电压精度为±2 %,采用意外短路时能减少发热的fold back过电流保护电路、因此可实现在用于严酷环境的车辆电源电路的高可靠性。
