BD9xxM5-C系列是采用了QuiCur™技术的低静态电流线性稳压器，非常适用于直接连接电池的车载系统。本IC的耐压为45V，输出电流为500mA，静态电流为9.5µA(Typ)，输出电压精度为±2.0%。
