BD90521EFV-C是在电流模式下工作的同步整流式降压DC/DC转换器。可最大2.4MHz频率工作，实现电感等外置元器件的小型化。还内置了Pch和Nch的输出MOSFET，可提供最大2A的输出电流。可通过外接电阻调整输出电压和振荡频率。还可与外部脉冲同步。 A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
