13.56MHz无线充电功率发送器 (无电池控制, WQFN)ML7661是13.56MHz无线电源传输LSI。ML7661可与ML7660组合,构建可向ML7660供电达1W的无线电源系统。ML7661在一个6mm方形40引脚WQFN封装中,具备与ML7660通信的通信命令生成功能、优化电源传输的可变电源传输控制功能,以及ML7660连接、分离或供电时异物检测等无线电源传输功能。它是小型设备无线电源供电的理想LSI。工作电压设定为5V,允许设备通过移动电源等USB电源供电。此外,它还具有主机接口(SPI (外围) / I²C (目标))功能和串行接口(SPI (控制器) / I²C (目标))功能。串行接口(SPI (控制器) / I²C (控制器) / UART)功能可实现配置数据更新和外部微控制器进行的各种传感器控制。
